The Software Special Interest Group is dedicated to preserving, collecting, and exploring the history of software, including companies, people, products, and events that shaped the computer software and services industry.
The Storage Special Interest Group (Storage SIG) bring decades of knowledge and experience from the global storage industry, including disk, tape and storage system companies, as well as from leading independent industry consultancies. Group members have conducted many oral histories of industry pioneers and written detailed histories of major events in the storage world.
