Eileen Fagan led Innovation and Transformational Change at Intuit for more than a decade and then headed the company's corporate responsibility strategies and programs designed to bring jobs and skills, financial well-being, and small business success to those in underserved communities. She also developed companywide programs to meet aggressive sustainability goals.
The global pandemic led Fagan to apply her skills and experiences to healthcare at Blue Shield of California. She began her career as a software engineer at IBM and then brought her technical experience to both systems engineering and marketing in the telecom arena. Later, she cofounded Fagan Associates, a training and consulting company that delivered offerings designed to increase productivity, quality and speed of product delivery in large system software to hundreds of Fortune 500 companies globally.
Fagan is a CHM trustee and previously served on the board of directors of the California Audubon Society and Animal Rescue Foundation. She is a member of the American Leadership Foundation Silicon Valley.
Fagan earned a computer science degree and MBA from the University of Maryland.
